Itinerary

22:30: The vehicle and tour guide pick up guests at Mien Tay Bus Station (395 Kinh Duong Vuong Street, An Lac Ward, Binh Tan District), departing for a 2-day 2-night Con Dao tour. The group travels to Tran De Port – Soc Trang and spends the night resting on the bus. During the journey, the bus will make stops at rest stations for guests to rest and refresh.

5:00: Stop at a local restaurant to rest, refresh, and enjoy breakfast.
Set Menu Options:
Food: Pork chop rice / stewed beef / curry / hu tiu (noodle soup) / wonton noodles.
Beverages: Coffee, white coffee with condensed milk, tea, soft drinks.

7:00: Transfer to Tran De Port to complete departure procedures for Con Dao.

8:00: The speed ferry departs for Con Dao. During the sea journey, guests can admire the pristine natural beauty of rolling turquoise waters and lobster farming rafts scattered across the sea.

10:30: Arrive at Ben Dam Port, stepping foot onto Con Dao. From the pier, enjoy breathtaking views of island seascapes surrounding Hon Ba and Hon Vung islands. Transfer to the central town of Con Dao.
En route from Ben Dam Port to Con Dao town center, marvel at iconic scenic spots such as Love Peak (Dinh Tinh Yeu) – a mountain peak resembling a pair of lovers confiding in each other – alongside Nhat Beach (Bai Nhat), Shark Cape (Mui Ca Map), and White Stone Beach (Bai Da Trang).

Noon: Arrive at the town center for lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, check in to the hotel for rest and relaxation.

14:00: The vehicle and guide pick up guests at the hotel to begin exploring historical sites known as "Hell on Earth":
• Con Dao Museum: Formerly the residence and workplace of historical Island Governors. Discover Con Dao's history through artifacts, ancient relics, photos, and historical records preserved from the French colonial era to the present.
• Phu Son & Phu Hai Prisons: Historical sites marking the imprisonment of hundreds of thousands of revolutionary soldiers, featuring stories of the Rice Grinding Cell, Dark Cells, and historical quarters.
• Tiger Cages Solitary Confinement (Chuong Cop): Including 40 "tiger cages" and 60 sunbathing yards (open-roof cells), where political prisoners were subjected to harsh imprisonment and torture.

16:00: Transfer to visit Dam Trau Beach, one of Con Dao's most picturesque pristine beaches. En route, admire natural scenic highlights such as Dat Doc Beach, Chim Chim Cape, and Tau Be Cape.
Before reaching Dam Trau Beach, visit Mieu Cau Temple, dedicated to Prince Cai (son of Lord Nguyen Anh and Lady Phi Yen).
At Dam Trau Beach, enjoy free time to swim, relax, and take photos.

18:00: Transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.
Dinner Menu:
• Braised pork and shrimp
• Fresh fried sea fish
• Grilled squid with lemongrass
• Stir-fried mustard greens with oyster sauce
• Fried egg with oysters
• Wild vegetable soup with shrimp and pork
• Steamed white rice + seasonal fruit

20:00: The tour guide accompanies guests to pay respects at Hang Duong Cemetery – the final resting place of thousands of revolutionary fighters and Vietnamese patriots imprisoned across generations from 1862 to 1975, as well as the tomb of national heroine Vo Thi Sau.
After visiting Hang Duong Cemetery, enjoy free time to walk and explore Con Dao at night.
Overnight stay in Con Dao.

6:00: Transfer to a local restaurant for breakfast.
7:00: Transfer to explore the remaining attractions on the island:
• Nui Mot Pagoda (Van Son Tu): Situated in a magnificent location overlooking the surrounding landscapes. From here, guests can enjoy panoramic views of Con Dao from above and admire the peaceful lotus lake.
• Lady Phi Yen Temple (An Son Mieu): Dedicated to Lady Phi Yen, consort of King Nguyen Anh. Here, guests will learn about her legendary story and local historical heritage. This temple is deeply revered by island residents.
• Con Dao Market: Visit the local market to shop for famous Con Dao specialties such as dried squid, sun-dried squid, and unique handicrafts made from seashells... or purchase fresh seafood packed in thermal boxes to bring home.
Do not forget to buy roasted almond seeds or almond seed jam (hat bang) – one of Con Dao's most iconic local specialties.

10:00: Transfer back to the town center. Guests complete hotel check-out procedures.
11:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

• Mackerel in tomato sauce
• Stir-fried squid with onions
• Boiled seasonal vegetables served with savory braised pork dip (kho quet)
• Fried eggs
• Sour sea fish soup

12:00: Transfer to Ben Dam Port to board the speed ferry back to Soc Trang. En route to the harbor, stop by a Pearl Culturing Facility to learn about the culturing and harvesting process of natural pearls. Guests can observe firsthand how pearls are harvested from oysters nurtured over many years.

13:30: Board the ferry and depart Ben Dam Port, bidding farewell to Con Dao as you journey back to Tran De Port – Soc Trang.
15:30: Arrive at Tran De Port. Board the vehicle to commence the return journey to Ho Chi Minh City.
21:00: Arrive back in Ho Chi Minh City. Drop off guests at their original pick-up locations. The 2-day 2-night Con Dao tour comes to an end. The tour guide bids farewell and looks forward to seeing you on future journeys!

- Infants from 0 - 4 years old: Free tour ticket, parents cover any incidental expenses.

- Children from 5 - under 9 years old: Charged at 75% of the tour price, sharing a bed with parents.

- Children from 9 years old and above: Charged at the adult price.

Note: For children under 4 years old taller than 0.8m, parents must purchase entrance tickets themselves at tourist attractions that measure height.

Tour prices during Public Holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year) periods are subject to surcharges.

The sequence of itinerary activities may be adjusted to suit operational conditions, but the total number of scheduled sightseeing spots remains unchanged.
Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the designated pick-up point 15 minutes prior to departure. In cases of late arrival after the vehicle has departed or unannounced tour cancellation, standard cancellation fees equivalent to same-day ticket cancellation will apply.
Guests must bring an original Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) or Passport. Without valid identification documents, entry to the island will not be permitted. Lightweight baggage is recommended.
Children must travel with parents or present a signed authorization letter when traveling with relatives. Please bring the child's original or copy of Birth Certificate or Passport during the tour.
Guests are responsible for managing and safeguarding their personal money and valuables throughout the tour.
When registering, please provide full names, birth years, CCCD/ID numbers, date of issue, and place of issue for all passengers.
The tour program is considered a memorandum of understanding between the customer and the company. Any inquiries, complaints, or disputes will be resolved based on the terms stipulated in the tour program and official receipt.
For safety reasons, pregnant guests at 6 months (24 weeks) or beyond cannot be accepted on tour.
Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health liability waiver with the Company.
No refunds will be provided for any missed sightseeing spots or unused services voluntarily skipped by the guest during the program.
Vietnam Travel shall not be held responsible for guaranteeing scheduled sightseeing visits in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, and other unforeseeable events.
