Installment 1:

Pay a deposit of 8,000,000 VND per person and submit the required personal documents:

Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.

Photocopy of National ID card and a locally notarized copy of the household registration book.

Proof of employment.

Proof of financial status.

Visa application form (Vietnamese version) + signature on the last page of the English application form.

And other documents as required by the Embassy.

Visa application submission deadline: No later than 25 days prior to the departure date.

(The visa is valid for 3 months; therefore, please submit your documents as early as possible.)

Installment 2:

Pay the remaining tour balance 10 days before departure and receive pre-trip information.

Cancellation 7 days or more prior to departure: Penalty fee = 80% of the total tour price.

Cancellation after this period: Penalty fee = 100% of the total tour price. (Calculated based on working days.)

• Cancellation after registration incurs a penalty of 50% of the deposit (plus visa fees, if applicable).

• Cancellation 30 days prior: Penalty = 50% of the total tour price (plus visa fees, if applicable) (calculated based on working days).

• Cancellation 20 days prior: Penalty = 75% of the total tour price (plus visa fees, if applicable) (calculated based on working days).

• Cancellation after the above deadlines: Penalty = 100% of the total tour value (plus visa fees, if applicable) (calculated based on working days).

• Trip cancellations must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, or text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations made solely by phone call are not accepted.

• For group bookings (friends or family, 2 or more travelers): If a group member fails to obtain a visa, they will receive a 100% refund; however, other members who have obtained a visa but choose to cancel will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.

• Cancellation timeframes are calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Tour prices are subject to adjustment based on changes in taxes or airline fees in accordance with current regulations.

The C3-2 visa (online visa) offers a high approval rate, though results are typically released shortly before the departure date. Applicants will be rejected under this category if they: currently hold a valid visa; have previously been denied entry to South Korea; have previously been refused a South Korean visa; have a history of illegal employment in South Korea; or have family members who have worked illegally in South Korea.

If a visa is denied due to reasons beyond the traveler's control (e.g., Embassy decisions), the company will refund the deposit after deducting the Embassy processing fee and the flight ticket refund fee, totaling 3,000,000 VND per person.

If a visa is denied due to factors such as failure to cooperate with the company in providing required documents, failure to attend a scheduled interview or failing the interview, a history of illegal residence in South Korea, violations of law or immigration regulations, or undisclosed travel bans, the non-refundable cost is 8,000,000 VND per person.

If a customer obtains a visa but fails to depart on the scheduled date, the contract's cancellation and refund terms will apply.

Travelers under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian and possess a letter of authorization from a relative, certified by local ward authorities.

If a traveler has undergone plastic surgery and their appearance differs significantly from their passport photo, they are advised to renew their passport; the travel agency accepts no liability if the traveler is denied exit from Vietnam or entry into South Korea.

The travel agency bears no responsibility and will not issue a tour refund if a traveler is denied exit or entry by immigration authorities due to personal reasons or background issues.

Requests to leave the tour group for reasons such as visiting relatives or conducting business will not be accommodated.

This is strictly a leisure tour; travelers are not permitted to leave the group at any time during the itinerary.

No refunds (full or partial) will be provided for included services that remain unused once the tour has commenced.

A penalty of $300 per person applies if a traveler leaves the group for any reason.

A surcharge of $200 per person applies to travelers holding foreign citizenship.

Mandatory shopping stops include: local agricultural products, Government-certified Ginseng, Red Pine Oil, cosmetics, and duty-free shops. A surcharge of $250 per person applies if a traveler purchases items such as ginseng, mushrooms, or pine oil—or other tour-related products—from outside sources instead of the designated shops.

To facilitate a speedy visa review process, please prepare and complete your application documents according to the following guidelines:

Notarized copy of the Southern region household registration book (if the place of birth in your passport is in the Central or Northern regions).

- Other Requirements

Depending on the specific application, a security deposit may be required. The deposit amount ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 USD per person.

If, following the visa outcome, the client fails to meet the aforementioned conditions, the visa will be cancelled, and the client will be subject to the penalties previously stated. Additionally, the passport will be retained for three months.
