If the group size is fewer than 10 adult guests, the agency will notify customers to agree on a rescheduled departure date or issue a full refund of any advance payments made.
In cases where 1 adult guest travels with 1 child under 10 years old (who would normally not have an individual bed allowance), the adult tour fare applies to the child to secure a separate bed allowance.
