All children under 16 years old participating in the tour, including infants under 2 years old, must hold a valid passport with more than 6 months validity (calculated up to the tour end date). They must be accompanied by their biological parents and carry a copy of their birth certificate.
In cases where children under 16 years old are not accompanied by their parents (traveling with relatives), an official parent consent letter along with an authorization letter certified by local authorities must be provided, in addition to a copy of the child's birth certificate.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the tour value is required, with the balance to be paid in full in accordance with the regulations.
Upon tour registration, guests must present personal identification documents, including: Passport, Birth Certificate (for accompanying children), Vietnam Visa (for foreign passport holders), and a Health Clearance Certificate for elderly guests (over 70 years old) and pregnant women (under 30 weeks).
In force majeure circumstances (e.g., terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics) or schedule changes by public transportation providers (flights, trains), the Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time for guest safety and convenience, and will not be liable for any arising damages.
As this is a join-in group tour, a minimum of 15 adult passengers is required to operate as scheduled. If the group size is below 15 passengers, the Company will notify guests 4 days prior to departure to reschedule or issue a full refund of the paid amount.
Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment waiver with the Company before departure. Traveling with a relative under 60 years old (in good health) is strongly encouraged.
Travel insurance does not apply to guests aged 70 and above (excluding coverage for accidental death, pre-existing conditions, underlying medical conditions, etc.). Therefore, these guests must provide a valid health certificate issued by a physician confirming fitness for overseas travel and sign a health commitment waiver with the Company prior to departure. Accompaniment by a relative under 60 years old (in good health) is strongly recommended. In the event of any incident occurring during the tour, the travel agency shall not be held liable under any circumstances.
Guests must independently verify their tax status prior to travel, as outstanding state tax debts will result in exit denial. The travel agency assumes no responsibility if a guest is denied departure due to personal reasons (e.g., tax arrears, legal violations), and no tour refunds will be provided.
For round-trip package tours, if a guest misses or fails to board the outbound flight with the group (outbound no-show), the inbound return flight segment with the group will be automatically invalidated. A completely new ticket must be purchased for the return trip.
Guests holding a PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD (GREEN CARD), ALIEN'S PASSPORT, TRAVEL DOCUMENT, etc., who fail to declare these documents upon registration will not be entitled to any liability coverage or tour refunds from the agency if denied exit or entry.
