• Tips for local drivers and tour guides (payable abroad): calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of payment; the recommended amount is 40 USD/guest/tour (equivalent to 1,120,000 VND/guest/tour).

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price (sharing a bed with an adult).

• Children aged 2 to under 11 years old (no separate bed provided).

• Children aged 2 to under 11 years old: 100% (separate bed provided).

• Children aged 11 years and older: 100% of the adult tour price.

A minimum deposit of 50% of the tour value is required, with the balance to be paid in full in accordance with the regulations.

• Cancellation after registration incurs a penalty of 50% of the deposit (plus visa fees, if applicable).

• Cancellation 30 days prior: Penalty = 50% of the total tour price (plus visa fees, if applicable) (calculated based on working days).

• Cancellation 20 days prior: Penalty = 75% of the total tour price (plus visa fees, if applicable) (calculated based on working days).

• Cancellation after the above deadlines: Penalty = 100% of the total tour value (plus visa fees, if applicable) (calculated based on working days).

• Trip cancellations must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, or text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations made solely by phone call are not accepted.

• For group bookings (friends or family, 2 or more travelers): If a group member fails to obtain a visa, they will receive a 100% refund; however, other members who have obtained a visa but choose to cancel will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.

• Cancellation timeframes are calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

• (Passport): Must be valid for more than 6 months from the departure date.

• Before registering for the tour, guests are kindly requested to carefully read the tour program, terms, and what is included as well as excluded in the program.

• In case guests already have a visa, a deduction of 500,000 VND will be applied.

• If a customer is denied exit or entry by immigration authorities due to personal reasons (blurry or unclear images/information in the original document, expired passport, or non-compliance with regulations, etc.), the travel agency will not take responsibility and will not refund the tour fee.

• Citizens must fulfill tax obligations to the state and not violate the law in order to exit the country. In case an individual still has unpaid taxes and is not permitted to exit, the Company will not be responsible for compensating any damages.

• Guests aged 70 or older must ensure sufficient health to participate in the tour journey and are strongly encouraged to travel with family members for assistance when needed. If guests have underlying medical conditions or poor physical fitness, a doctor's medical certificate is required to ensure they are fit for international travel.

• Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration for further advice. Please note that a doctor's approval is required prior to the tour.

• Due to the nature of a group joining tour (SIC), the company will secure a minimum number of 10 adult guests to ensure the tour departs on schedule. If the group does not reach the minimum number, the company is responsible for notifying guests 05 days before the departure date and will negotiate another departure date or fully refund all amounts paid by guests.

• Guests who have undergone plastic surgery are kindly requested to renew their passports with a photo matching their current appearance. If entry is denied due to passport photos differing from actual appearance, the travel agency will not take responsibility and will not refund the tour fee.

• Since flights depend on airlines, flight times may change in some cases without prior notice.

• Since the Chinese visa is a group visa, all members must travel and return together on the exact end date of the tour.

• China recommends that all foreign visitors entering China must complete online arrival card declaration before proceeding with entry procedures. • This is a pure sightseeing tour; guests are not permitted to leave the group throughout the program. (For customers requesting group separation, a separation fee will be charged by the Chinese partner company). • If guests hold a separate visa, they must bring it along during the tour. Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals must carry their Vietnam re-entry visa.

• Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by their parents or an authorized person with a power of attorney from the parents.

• The company will support documentation procedures to the best of its ability if guests are denied entry into Chinese territory.

• In objective cases such as terrorism, natural disasters, or incidents and schedule changes of public transport means like airplanes or trains, the Company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating any arising damages.

• Passport: Scan or photograph; ensure no corners are cut off, the document is laid completely flat (180 degrees), and no fingers are obscuring the image.

• 4x6 Photo: Must be a recent photo (taken within the last 6 months); white background; facial features clearly visible; neutral expression (no smiling); no jewelry; no digital editing (e.g., Photoshop).
