Tips for local tour guides and drivers (payable abroad) are calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of payment; the recommended amount is 25 USD/guest/tour (equivalent to 700,000 VND/guest/tour).

Entry visa for Laos (for nationals requiring a visa) Guests must prepare two photos (white background) for the visa application at the airport in Laos. Estimated fee ~1,400,000 VND/guest.

Personal expenses such as: excess baggage fees, telephone calls, laundry services, transportation and tour guide services outside of scheduled hours, etc.

• Ages 1–2: 30% of adult tour price, sharing a bed with parents at the hotel.

• Ages 3–10 (under 120 cm in height): 90% of adult tour price, sharing a bed with parents at the hotel.

• Ages 11 and above, or any height ≥ 120 cm: Charged as an adult.

• Note: Child pricing applies only when children account for less than 20% of the total group size.

Upon booking, please pay a deposit of 50% of the total tour price; the remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to departure.

For tours during public holidays or the Lunar New Year (Tet): Upon booking, please pay a deposit of 50% of the total tour price; the remaining balance must be paid 25 days prior to departure.

Cancellation after registration: Penalty of 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation 10 days or more prior to departure: Penalty of 70% of the total tour price (calculated based on working days).
Cancellation after the above deadline: Penalty of 100% of the total tour price (calculated based on working days).
For tours during public holidays and Tet:

Cancellation after registration: Penalty of 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation 25 days or more prior to departure: Penalty of 50% of the total tour price (calculated based on working days).
Cancellation 20 days or more prior to departure: Penalty of 75% of the total tour price (calculated based on working days).
Cancellation 15 days or more prior to departure: Penalty of 90% of the total tour price (calculated based on working days).
Cancellation after the above deadline: Penalty of 100% of the total tour price (calculated based on working days).
Trip cancellations must be notified directly to the Company in writing, via email, or via text message, and must be acknowledged by the Company. Cancellations made solely via phone call are not accepted.

• Passports must be valid for over 6 months (calculated from the return date).

• Please carefully read the tour program, terms, inclusions, and exclusions before booking.

• If passengers are denied exit or entry by immigration authorities due to personal reasons (blurred or unclear original documents, expired passport, non-compliant regulations, etc.), the travel company assumes no responsibility and will not issue a refund.

• Citizens must fulfill state tax obligations and comply with laws to be eligible for exit. In case of unfulfilled tax debt resulting in exit denial, the Company bears no liability for compensation.

• Guests aged 70 and above must ensure adequate health for travel and are encouraged to travel with family members for assistance. Guests with underlying health conditions or poor physical health must provide a doctor's health certificate for overseas travel.

• Being a group tour consisting of individual travelers, the Company requires a minimum of 10 adult guests to guarantee scheduled departure. If minimum numbers are not met, the Company will notify guests 4 days prior to departure and reschedule or refund all paid amounts.

• Guests who have undergone facial plastic surgery must reissue a new passport reflecting their current appearance. If entry is denied due to passport photo discrepancies, the travel company takes no responsibility and will not refund the tour fee.

• Flight schedules depend on airlines and may change without prior notice.

• This is a pure leisure tour; guests are strictly prohibited from leaving the group during the journey. (Group separation incurs extra fees charged by overseas partners).

• Foreign passport holders holding a single-entry Vietnam visa must notify us upon booking.

• Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals holding a separate Vietnam visa must carry it during the tour.

• Dual nationals or travel document holders must notify the sales staff upon booking and submit originals with relevant documents.

• Green card holders (foreign permanent residence cards) without a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register for tours to third countries.

• Pregnant guests must notify sales staff upon booking for consultation and obtain doctor clearance. Expectant mothers over 30 weeks pregnant are not accepted for safety reasons.

• Children under 18 traveling without parents must possess a parental authorization letter authenticated by local authorities.

• Tour services are non-refundable and non-cancellable once unused by the customer.

• Itinerary sequences are subject to change based on actual conditions while maintaining all listed attractions.

• The Travel Company is exempted from liability in cases of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, protests, strikes, epidemics, or technical flight disruptions leading to flight delays, cancellations, or postponements; the Company retains the right to alter routes for customer convenience and safety without liability for resulting damages.
