Note: For solo travelers, if the tour group includes another solo traveler of the same gender, the company will arrange a shared twin/double room; if no suitable roommate is available, the single room surcharge will apply.

Children under 2 years of age are charged 20% of the tour price (sharing a bed with parents).
Children aged 2 to under 11 are charged 90% of the tour price (sharing a bed with parents).
Travelers aged 11 and older are charged the adult tour price.
Children under 16 traveling with their parents must present a recently notarized copy of their birth certificate in addition to their passport upon entry. If not traveling with parents, a birth certificate and a tripartite authorization letter (notarized) involving the accompanying adult are required.

Once the tour has departed, no service fees will be refunded if a customer leaves the group for any reason.
The itinerary is subject to change based on airline schedules, flight times, or visa processing by the embassy; however, all scheduled sightseeing attractions will be included. The prices listed above are subject to change due to fluctuations involving airlines or overseas service providers (e.g., fuel surcharges, peak-season service rate adjustments, etc.).
The Company will not provide refunds for any unused overseas services and accepts no liability for personal issues resulting in a customer being denied exit or entry by Vietnamese or host-country immigration authorities.
Customers who undergo plastic surgery must obtain a new passport before they can enter the country. If a customer undergoes plastic surgery without prior notification to the Travel Company and is subsequently denied exit, the Travel Company accepts no responsibility for the situation and will not issue refunds for any services.
Under Turkish tourism regulations, tour groups must adhere to their pre-registered itineraries; customers are not permitted to split from the group, join other groups, or use external tourism services, in order to prevent fraud and avoid accidents that would not be covered by insurance. If the Company discovers that a customer has purchased optional tours or adventure activities from external providers, a fine of $200 per person will be imposed; furthermore, neither the Travel Company in Vietnam nor the partner company in Türkiye will be held liable for any unforeseen incidents arising from such actions.
The tour program is subsidized by designated shopping stops; therefore, customers are not permitted to skip these locations. Skipping a sightseeing or shopping stop will incur a mandatory fee (the program includes five mandatory shopping stops as required by the Turkish government).
Customers are not permitted to voluntarily leave the group or skip the domestic flight leg. If a customer leaves the group or fails to take the domestic flight without prior notification to the Travel Company, they will be liable for all costs associated with cancelling the return flight and purchasing a new ticket. As this involves group tickets, if you fail to take any single flight segment, Turkish Airlines will automatically cancel all remaining segments without prior notice.
The group vehicle will not provide transportation to the hot air balloon launch site unless you have registered for the hot air balloon excursion with the travel agency.
Other important information:
Notice regarding the fulfillment of tax obligations prior to departure: Customers who are business owners, household business proprietors, or individuals liable for Personal Income Tax (PIT) must settle all outstanding taxes (including PIT) before leaving the country, as Customs authorities can now verify this status via their system.
Please download the "eTax Mobile" app to check your status yourself. Even a single dong of outstanding debt can prevent you from leaving the country. We strongly advise you to carefully verify your Personal Income Tax status. The travel agency cannot accept liability or resolve the issue at the airport should you be denied exit due to unfulfilled tax obligations.

1. Photo/scan of the passport data page (pages 2-3): The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
