• Local 4-star standard hotels: 2 guests per room. (Note: In Guizhou, triple rooms and extra beds are not available, so 3 adults cannot share a room. Single travelers who cannot be paired with another solo traveler will kindly need to pay the single room supplement).

• Meals per the itinerary, with a standard meal budget of 40 RMB / person / meal.

• One-time admission and entrance fees to sightseeing spots.

• Tour guide from Vietnam servicing throughout the trip and local tour guides in China for each respective section.

• International travel insurance.

• Single room supplement: 3,000,000 VND / guest during regular periods; 4,000,000 VND / guest during holidays and Tet (if applicable).

• Excess baggage fees on flights.

• Tips for the driver and local tour guides: 25 USD / guest (adults = children).

• Costs for shows and admission tickets to attractions not included in the itinerary.

• Re-entry visa fees and surcharges for passengers holding foreign nationalities.

Under 2 years old: 35% of tour price (sharing bed with adults).

From 2 years old to under 11 years old: 90% of tour price (sharing bed with adults).

11 years old and above: Adult price.

An 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 days prior to the departure date.

• Cancellation after tour registration and deposit payment will result in a 100% forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellation 30 working days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a penalty.
• Cancellation 15 to 29 working days prior to departure: 90% of the total tour price will be charged as a penalty.
• Cancellation within 14 working days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour price will be charged as a penalty.
• Cancellations must be notified directly to the Company—or via fax, email, or text message—and must be acknowledged by the Company. Notification via phone call alone is not accepted.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to arrive in time for the trip.

• Tour pricing is based on children sharing a bed with parents. If a separate bed is required for a child, please pay 100% of the adult tour price.

• Pricing for children under 2 years old: Parents provide meals and accommodation for the baby.

• Prices apply to guests aged 12 to 69. Guests aged 70 and above must pay a differential fee for premium insurance coverage. Guests aged 75 and above are required to provide a certificate of full health for overseas travel issued by a competent medical authority and be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60.

• Prices are subject to adjustment if airlines increase fuel surcharges or if visa fees change.

• The program and flight times are subject to change depending on specific departure dates. The itinerary sequence may change based on actual conditions while ensuring all sights are fully visited.

• Passports must be the latest version and valid for over 6 months (calculated from the end date of the journey). Complete group documentation must be finalized at least 10 working days prior (for visa processing & flight ticket issuance).

• Throughout the journey, passengers are strictly prohibited from leaving the group on their own. If you have relatives at the destination who wish to join the tour, please contact the travel company before departure. Without prior notice, we reserve the right to refuse service for any resulting situations.

• Services are booked and paid in advance; therefore, if members break away from the tour or fail to use a service, no refunds will be issued. Any changes must be agreed upon with the tour leader; individual modification requests cannot be accommodated. If changes affect the itinerary or services (e.g., skipping attractions or services), passengers must accept the resulting consequences.

• In the event that guests are denied exit or entry due to personal reasons (such as blurred or unclear images/documents in the original passport, expired passport, non-compliance with regulations, failure to fulfill state tax obligations, legal violations, or law-related disputes, etc.), the Company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee. The Company's tour guide will support and find the best solution for guests, and all resulting expenses will be borne by the customer.

• Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals requiring a Vietnam re-entry visa should bring two 4x6 cm photos. If entering Vietnam with a separate visa, please bring the visa and entry/exit declaration form during the tour.

• Foreign nationals holding a single-entry Vietnam visa are kindly requested to pay an additional fee of 1,100,000 VND / guest for a Vietnam re-entry visa and bring a separate visa + two 4x6 cm photos with a white background for customs clearance upon return.

• Guests holding only a green card (temporary residence card abroad) without a valid Vietnamese passport are not allowed to register for travel to third countries.

• Due to the nature of a group tour composed of individual travelers, the Company is responsible for gathering enough passengers (at least 15 adult guests) for the tour to depart on schedule. If the number of guests is below 15, the Company will notify the guests and negotiate a new departure date. If the new date does not suit the guest's schedule, the Company will refund the deposit after deducting visa fees.

• For guests who have undergone facial plastic surgery, reissuing the passport is mandatory. If the guest fails to reissue their passport, the company takes no responsibility for immigration and customs clearance issues. All resulting cancellation and service penalties will be borne entirely by the customer.

• Please pay attention to personal income tax debt obligations (for individuals) and corporate income tax debt obligations (for business owners); fulfilling tax obligations is required. The travel company takes no responsibility if exit is denied due to tax debt issues.

• Clear scan of the latest original passport with validity over 6 months from the tour end date (JPG format).

• 01 portrait photo, 4x6 cm, white background (JPG format) (No jewelry, forehead and ears must be clearly visible, no glasses).

• If the passport has never been used for travel or lacks a place of birth, please provide an endorsement (remarks); otherwise, a group visa cannot be processed.

• For children under 18 years old: In addition to the above documents, provide a scanned copy of the original Birth Certificate in JPG format if traveling with both parents. If not traveling with both parents, provide a letter of authorization from the accompanying person in the group. Upon entry, children must bring a copy of the Birth Certificate with a red stamp (bring along the handwritten authorization letter from parents in case it is needed).

• In case China's group visa policy changes or group visa application is rejected, passengers will switch to applying for an individual visa (sticker visa) at the Chinese Embassy in Hanoi (if sufficient time permits), and any incurred costs will be announced at that time. If passengers refuse the individual visa, cancellation penalties will apply according to the contract terms. Individual visa surcharges are subject to change per visa center notifications.

• Passports without a specific date and month of birth cannot be processed for group visas; guests are kindly requested to apply for individual visas.
