Hanoi - Hekou - Kunming - Dali: 5 Days, 4 Nights

• 12:00: The vehicle and tour guide pick up guests at the designated meeting point in Hanoi, departing for Lao Cai. (The group gathers at a single meeting point, notified by the company 5 days prior).

• Arrive at Lao Cai Border Gate, guests complete immigration procedures to cross into Hakou.

• Evening: Dinner in Hakou, hotel check-in, and rest.

• Overnight in Hakou.

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Free time to stroll and shop around Hakou.

13:00: After lunch, transfer to Hakou Railway Station to board High-speed Train C560 (13:30 – 14:59) to Honghe Station. Transfer to Train D8718 (15:55 – 20:27) from Honghe Station to Dali (a light dinner is served on the train).

Note: During peak season, if train tickets for the Hakou – Honghe – Dali route are unavailable, the company will switch to the Hakou – Kunming – Dali route, arriving at Dali Station at 22:12.

Evening: Arrive in Dali, the vehicle transfers guests to the hotel for check-in and rest, with free time to stroll through Dali Ancient Town.

Overnight in Dali.

Morning (07:00): Breakfast at the hotel, then depart to visit:

• Xizhou Ancient Town: A 1,000-year-old ancient town in Yunnan, China, located about 20km north of Dali Ancient Town. It is famous for its Bai ethnic architecture and picturesque rice fields.
• Fengyangya Village: A traditional Bai ethnic village along the ancient Tea-Horse Road, widely known as the filming location of the hit TV series "Meet Yourself". The village preserves a slow-paced lifestyle and traditional Bai architectural style, transporting visitors back in time with its ancient cobblestone paths covered in moss and serene natural scenery.

Lunch: Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Transfer to visit:

• "S"-Curve Road Check-in: Guests can rent and ride bicycles along the ecological lakeside trail by Erhai Lake—the filming site of "Meet Yourself" (bicycle rental fee self-funded).

• Santorini: A unique building complex built near Erhai Lake, known as "Eastern Santorini." Most buildings feature white and light brown color schemes in a striking European architectural style. Stepped staircases wind upwards against the blue sky like a stairway to heaven. Strolling to the top offers panoramic views of Mount Cangshan and Erhai Lake under blue skies and white clouds (includes afternoon tea).

• Dali Ancient Town (National 4A Tourist Attraction): Famed for its scenery of "Wind, Flower, Snow, and Moon" and the gentle elegance of the ancient Nanzhao Kingdom, where visitors can relax and soak in the warm sunshine and gentle breezes of the ancient town.

Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant, followed by transfer back to the hotel in Dali.

Overnight in Dali.

Morning: Check out, breakfast, and board the vehicle to Kunming.

Lunch: Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a visit and shopping stop at a Pharmacy Store.

Then proceed to seasonal flower viewing in Kunming based on the time of year (approximate timing, subject to actual weather):

• Park 1903: Modern commercial and art entertainment complex in Xishan District, Kunming, featuring classical French architecture resembling a "mini-Europe" (visited during non-flower seasons).
• Yuantong Mountain: Peach blossoms (March 15 – April 15).
• Zhonglu Jiaochang: Jacaranda flowers (April 15 – May 15). A 2km avenue lined with over 250 jacaranda trees creating a romantic purple sea.
• Grand View Park (Daguan Park): Lotus and water lilies (May 15 – June 15) by Dianchi Lake.
• Dounan Wetland Park + Floral Resort: Hydrangeas (June 15 – July 15).
• Wenlin Street: Golden autumn leaves (October – November).
• Dianchi Lake: Black-headed gulls (mid-November to March).
• Afterward, visit:
• Golden Horse and Jade Rooster Archways (Jinma Biji Fang): Located at the intersection of Sanshi Street and Jinbi Road in downtown Kunming, featuring exquisitely carved archways and magnificent painted buildings. Built during the Ming Dynasty with nearly 400 years of history, it combines Southern Chinese architecture with feudal mathematics and astronomy.

Evening: Dinner at leisure to enjoy Yunnan specialties (self-funded). Guests can optionally attend the "Dynamic Yunnan" song and dance show (self-funded). Hotel check-in in Kunming.

Overnight in Kunming.

• Morning: Breakfast, shopping at a jade or silk store, followed by lunch.

• After lunch, transfer to Kunming Station to board the return train to Hakou (tentative train C562, 13:20 – 17:53).

• Arrive in Hakou, complete immigration back into Vietnam, and board the vehicle back to Hanoi. Tour concludes!

  *   During peak season, if high-speed boat tickets (for any leg of the journey) cannot be secured, a car/bus will be provided as an alternative mode of transport.

  *   The itinerary is subject to change based on actual conditions, but all scheduled sightseeing attractions will still be included.
