Fees for ticket changes, rescheduling return dates, itinerary changes, flight segment changes, ticket upgrades (e.g., to Business Class), or excess baggage charges per airline regulations.
Personal expenses (excess baggage, telephone, laundry, sightseeing or meals outside the itinerary).
Beverages (alcohol/soft drinks) during meals, hotel telephone and laundry charges, and other personal expenses.
Admission tickets to attractions not included in the itinerary, transportation and tour guide services outside scheduled hours, and evening entertainment/shows.

- Foreign nationals or overseas Vietnamese (Viet Kieu) must carry their approved ETIAS authorization when traveling.

- Re-entry visa to Vietnam for foreign nationals or overseas Vietnamese (visa obtained at the border checkpoint; valid for a single entry within 3 months for overseas Vietnamese). (Please contact us for a price quote at the time of departure.)

- Please bring the customs declaration form and two 4x6cm photographs.

- Travelers holding dual citizenship (or who have not yet finalized their citizenship status) must notify the sales staff at the time of booking and submit original documents along with any relevant supporting paperwork (if applicable).

- Travelers holding only a Green Card (or foreign residence permit) without a valid Vietnamese passport cannot travel to a third country.

- If a child is traveling with a relative other than their parents, a letter of authorization—certified by local authorities—must be submitted (authorizing the relative to take the child on the tour).

- Children under 12 years of age share a bed with their parents; if a separate bed is required, the adult rate applies (a couple may accompany only one young child; a second child is charged the adult rate).

- For travelers over 70 years of age, the traveler and their family must confirm at the time of booking that the traveler is in good health and fit to participate in the tour. The Company accepts no liability for any incidents that may occur during the tour.

If you are unable to join the tour, please notify the Company; cancellation fees apply as follows:

*   Cancellation after registration: 100% of the tour deposit is forfeited.

*   Cancellation after visa appointment submission: 100% of the tour deposit is forfeited.

*   Cancellation after visa approval: 100% of the total tour price is forfeited.

*   If a customer is denied exit from Vietnam or entry at the destination: The customer is liable for 100% of the total tour cost (no refund).

If visa results are not available by the scheduled departure date, you may choose to join the next available tour or receive a refund of the paid amount, minus a visa processing fee of 5,000,000 VND per person.

For group bookings (2 or more people, such as friends or family): If a group member is denied a visa and cancels, that individual must pay a fee of 5,000,000 VND plus any applicable ticket costs; however, if other members who have already obtained their visas choose to cancel, the standard tour cancellation policy applies.

To cancel the tour, please visit our office in person with your payment receipt and ID card/Citizen Identity Card to complete the procedure. The Company does not process cancellation requests made via telephone.

This tour is offered at a special promotional rate; changes to the tour date or rescheduling are not permitted.

- Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the scheduled departure date.

- Before booking the tour, please carefully review the itinerary, terms and conditions, and the list of inclusions and exclusions.

- The Travel Company is not liable if a tour participant is denied entry or exit due to personal reasons, or issues arising from independent visa applications, the use of ABTC (APEC) cards, or official/diplomatic passports; nor is the company liable if a visa application is rejected or delayed by the relevant authorities.

- Travelers must fulfill any outstanding tax obligations to ensure there are no issues with their departure from the country.

- Travelers aged 70 or older must be in good health to participate in the tour; it is recommended that they be accompanied by a relative for assistance if needed. Travelers with underlying medical conditions or poor health must provide a doctor's certificate confirming their fitness for international travel.

- As this is a group tour for individual travelers, a minimum of 10 adult participants is required for the tour to proceed as scheduled. If the minimum number is not met, the company will notify travelers at least 7 days prior to the departure date to arrange an alternative departure date or provide a full refund of the amount paid.

- Flight schedules are subject to airline operations; therefore, flight times may change without prior notice in certain circumstances. - This is a dedicated tour package; participants must travel with the group for the entire duration and are not permitted to separate from the group.

- Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals holding a single-entry Vietnam visa must personally arrange for a re-entry visa via this link: https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/web/guest/khai-thi-thuc-dien-tu/cap-thi-thuc-dien-tu

- Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals holding a separate Vietnam visa (not stamped in the passport) must carry the original visa document during the tour.

- Travelers holding dual citizenship or a travel document (without citizenship) must notify the sales staff at the time of booking and submit the original document along with any relevant supporting papers (if applicable).

- Travelers holding only a Green Card (or foreign residence permit) without a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register for tours to a third country.

- Pregnant travelers must notify the sales staff at the time of booking for further consultation. Medical clearance is required prior to the tour. For safety reasons, we do not accept travelers who are 30–32 weeks pregnant or further along in their pregnancy.

- Children under 18 years of age not accompanied by a parent must provide a letter of authorization certified by local authorities (authorizing the accompanying person to take the child on the tour).

- Visa applications submitted to the Consulate will not be returned.

- Tour services that are not utilized by the customer are non-refundable.

- Depending on actual conditions, the sequence of sightseeing stops in the itinerary may be adjusted, provided that all originally scheduled attractions are still included. The Travel Company is exempt from liability in the event of force majeure—such as natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, protests, strikes, epidemics, or aircraft technical issues—resulting in flight rescheduling, cancellation, or delays. The Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary at any time to ensure customer convenience and safety and shall not be liable for compensation regarding any resulting losses.
- In the event of a visa refusal occurring between 30 and 11 days prior to departure, the non-refundable fee is 5,000,000 VND (covering consular submission, TLS, and translation fees); if the Premium visa service is utilized, the non-refundable fee is 6,200,000 VND (covering consular submission, TLS premium, and translation fees).

- Depending on visa issuance status and flight availability, the departure date may be postponed by 1 to 10 days relative to the original schedule. Should the customer and the Company fail to reach an agreement on rescheduling the trip to the nearest available date, a non-refundable fee of 10,000,000 VND per passenger will apply.

To ensure the best preparation for your European entry visa application, the Company requests that you prepare the following documents:

ALL PHOTOCOPIES MUST BE ON A4 PAPER AND BE NOTARIZED.

PERSONAL:

Passports (both current and old/original) valid for at least 6 months and signed by the holder; photocopies of all pages containing stamps/visas.

Two 3.5 x 4.5 cm photos with a white background; the face must occupy 70%–80% of the frame; shot from the neck up; neutral expression (no smiling); ears and eyebrows must be visible; taken within the last 3 months.

Certified copy of the full household registration book.

Notarized photocopy of the Citizen Identity Card (on A4 paper).

Notarized copy of marriage certificate (if applicable), divorce decree (if applicable), or confirmation of marital status from local authorities (on A4 paper).

Notarized copy of birth certificate (on A4 paper)—of the child if traveling with the child, or your own if traveling with parents; letter of authorization for the father (or mother) if traveling with only the mother (or father).

EMPLOYMENT/BUSINESS:

For business owners:
Business registration certificate.

Tax payment receipts for the last 3 months.

Company bank account statements for the last 3 months.

For employees with a contract:
Labor contract. Proof of mandatory social insurance

Confirmation of salary for the last 3 months

Leave of absence application for travel
