17:00 – 18:00: The company vehicle and tour guide pick up the group to depart Ho Chi Minh City via National Route 14 bound for Mang Den, passing through Soc Bombo, Bu Dang, and along the iconic Ho Chi Minh Highway. Guests spend the night resting on the sleeper bus.

This scenic spot is popularly known as Pleiku's "Korean Street" in Gia Lai Province, attracting numerous visitors—especially young travelers looking to capture memorable moments.
Visit Bien Ho (Sea Lake) – the famous landmark of Pleiku, immortalized by composer Nguyen Cuong in the classic song "The Eyes of Pleiku – Full Sea Lake."

- Children from 5 - under 9 years old: Charged at 75% of the tour price, sharing a bed with parents.
- Children from 9 years old and above: Charged at the adult price.
Note: For children under 4 years old taller than 0.8m, parents must purchase entrance tickets themselves at tourist attractions that measure height.
Upon registration, guests must pay a deposit of at least 50% and complete 100% payment of the tour price no later than 07 days prior to departure.
Rescheduling departure date 10 days or more prior: No fee; from 08 days onwards: 20% rescheduling fee. Sundays and public holidays excluded. Only 01 rescheduling request permitted.
Tour cancellation after registration: 10% cancellation fee of total tour price.
Cancellation 10 to 8 days prior to departure date: 30% cancellation fee of total tour price. Sundays and public holidays excluded.
Cancellation 08 to 06 days prior to departure date: 50% cancellation fee of total tour price. Sundays and public holidays excluded.
Cancellation 03 to 05 days prior to departure date: 70% cancellation fee of total tour price. Sundays and public holidays excluded.
Cancellation within 02 days prior to departure date: 100% cancellation fee of total tour price. Sundays and public holidays excluded.
The above standard regulations do not apply during public holidays and Tet periods.
For public holiday and Tet periods: Rescheduling or cancelling 15 days or more prior to departure date incurs a 50% cancellation fee of total tour price; requests made less than 15 days prior to departure date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Sundays excluded.
Prices do not apply during public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year) periods.
The sequence of itinerary activities may be adjusted to suit operational conditions while guaranteeing full coverage of all scheduled sightseeing spots.
Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the designated pick-up point 15 minutes prior to departure. In cases of late arrival after the vehicle has departed or unannounced tour cancellation, standard cancellation fees equivalent to same-day cancellation will apply.
Guests must bring an original Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) or Passport. Lightweight baggage is recommended; please avoid bringing large suitcases.
Children must travel with their parents or present a signed authorization letter when traveling with relatives. Please bring the child's original or copy of Birth Certificate or Passport during the tour.
Guests are responsible for managing and safeguarding their personal money and valuables throughout the tour.
When registering, please provide full names and birth years for all passengers.
Overseas Vietnamese (Viet Kieu) or international travelers entering Vietnam on a separate visa must bring their customs declaration form and visa documents throughout the tour.
The tour program is considered a memorandum of understanding between the customer and Vietnam Travel. Any inquiries, complaints, or disputes will be resolved based on the terms stipulated in the tour program and official receipt.
In the event of tour cancellation due to objective force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or delays/cancellations of ferries, trains, or flights, Vietnam Travel shall not be held liable for any additional compensation other than refunding the cost of unused services included in the tour.
