* Cancellation after registration: Penalty fee is 50% of the deposit (+ visa fee, if applicable).
* Cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure: Penalty fee is 50% of the total tour price (+ visa fee, if applicable) (calculated on working days).
* Cancellation 20 days prior to departure: Penalty fee is 75% of the total tour price (+ visa fee, if applicable) (calculated on working days).
* Cancellation after the above period: Penalty fee is 100% of the total tour price (+ visa fee, if applicable) (calculated on working days).
* Cancellations must be notified directly to the Company or submitted via fax, email, or text message, and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations made over the phone are not accepted.
* For group or family bookings (2 or more travelers): If a member is denied a visa, they will receive a 100% tour refund; however, other members who have been granted a visa and decide to cancel will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
* Cancellation timelines are calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

* Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults).
* Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: (without a separate bed).
* Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: 100% (with a separate bed).
* Children aged 11 years and older: 100% of adult tour price.

Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 3 hours prior to departure. We accept no responsibility for any delays caused by late arrivals.

Immediately upon tour registration, a 50% deposit of the total tour price is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to departure.

To register for a tour, please provide complete and accurate personal information (full name, date of birth, ID/passport number) matching the documents you will use during the trip. Registration is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid in accordance with the Payment Terms.

* Round-trip group airfare (includes 1 piece of 23kg checked baggage + 5kg hand luggage).
* International travel insurance throughout the tour.
* Airport security fees, airline insurance, and airport taxes for both countries (subject to change at the time of ticket issuance).
* Standard 4-star hotel accommodation (2 guests/room - 3 guests/room in case of single male or female travelers). Reference hotels: Panda Hotel / Best Western Plus Hotel Kowloon or equivalent.
* Complimentary gifts: Travel hat and passport cover.
* 1 bottle of mineral water per guest per day.
* Meals as specified in the program (meals may be adjusted to suit the itinerary while ensuring equivalent or superior quality and quantity).
* Air-conditioned coach transportation throughout the itinerary.
* Sightseeing admission tickets as specified in the program.
* Tour leader and local tour guide service throughout the program.

1. Passport (Must be valid for more than 6 months from the departure and return dates).
2. Personal expenses, excess baggage fees, telephone charges, laundry services, and sightseeing activities outside the itinerary.
3. Single room supplement (if applicable): (5,200,000 VND - Holiday/Festival surcharge to be updated later).
4. Re-entry visa to Vietnam for foreign passport holders (if applicable): (945,000 VND per guest; price is subject to change according to Immigration Department regulations).
5. Recommended gratuities for local drivers and tour guides (Payments made overseas will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of payment):
   560,000 VND per guest per tour (~20 USD per guest per tour).

* Prior to registering for the tour, please read the itinerary, terms and conditions, and included/excluded items carefully.

* If a guest is denied exit or entry by immigration authorities due to personal or background reasons, the travel agency assumes no responsibility and will not refund the tour fees.

* Citizens must fulfill all tax obligations to the state and have no legal violations to be eligible for exit. The agency is not liable for compensation if a guest is barred from leaving due to unpaid tax debts.

* Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery must update their passports to reflect their current appearance. The agency is not responsible for entry refusal or non-refundability resulting from discrepancies between the passport photo and actual appearance.

* As this is a join-in group tour, a minimum of 10 adult passengers is required to operate as scheduled. If the minimum count is not met, the agency will notify guests 5 days prior to departure to reschedule or issue a full refund of the paid amount.

* Deviating or separating from the group for personal reasons such as visiting relatives or conducting business is strictly not permitted.

* Flight schedules are subject to airline operations and may change without prior notice.

* Passports must be valid for more than 6 months from the date of departure.

* This is a dedicated sightseeing tour; guests are not permitted to leave the group throughout the itinerary. (For guests who separate from the group, a group separation fee will be charged by the local Hong Kong operator).

* Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals carrying a loose-leaf visa must bring it along during the tour.

* Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or an authorized representative carrying an official letter of authorization from the parents.

* The agency will provide full documentation support within its capability in the event a guest is denied entry into Hong Kong.

* In force majeure circumstances (e.g., terrorism, natural disasters) or schedule changes by public transportation providers (flights, trains), the Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time for guest safety and convenience, and will not be liable for any arising damages.

* For group or family bookings (2 or more travelers):

  - If a member is denied a visa and cancels the tour, the rejected member must cover the airfare costs (if applicable).

  - Other members who have been granted a visa and decide to cancel will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
